Victoria Paredes is a professional makeup artist based out of Atlanta, GA. She has specialized in beauty, editorial, and special effects makeup since 2016. Graduate of the Joe Blasco Makeup Artist Training Center where she received her certification, and since then, has been providing her unique skillset to various independent and agency projects throughout the Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA regions.
